Shipping Policy – Opal Haven

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.


2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Delivery on all orders (if applicable)
    OR

  • A flat shipping fee may apply depending on your order or location.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details for smooth delivery.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.


6. Delivery Issues
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.


8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
